E-invoicing and VAT platform for Oman

E-invoicing for Oman that works with your business

Invoice And Tax issues PINT-OM e-invoices, credit and debit notes and self-billing documents, exchanges them through our Peppol Access Point, and keeps payables, settlements and VAT return figures in one Arabic and English workspace — connected to the systems you already run.

  • PINT-OM documents in UBL 2.1
  • Arabic and English, right to left
  • Append-only audit trail

Credentials you can check for yourself

Each statement links to its evidence and to the issuer, so you can verify it independently.

One platform

Everything finance runs on, after go-live

Compliance is not a one-off project. It is the invoice you issue on Sunday, the credit note you raise on Tuesday and the VAT figures you review at quarter-end — all in one connected record.

  • Sales invoices

Create tax invoices in PINT-OM (UBL 2.1), validate them against versioned rules before anything is sent, and keep every issued version frozen.

How it works

From your system to a reviewed VAT position

One workflow, the same rules for every source, and a status you can trace at every step.

  1. 01

    Capture

Bring documents in through the API, a connector, Excel or CSV import, or manual entry — all feeding one document composer.

  2. 02

    Validate

Versioned business rules and PINT-OM conformance checks run before anything is sent. The same input always gives the same result.

  3. 03

    Issue

Tax invoices, credit and debit notes and self-billing documents are issued, and each issued version is frozen.

  4. 04

    Exchange and report

Documents travel through our Peppol Access Point under Oman's five-corner model, and each status comes back to you exactly as received.

  5. 05

    Reconcile and review

Allocate payments, review ageing and prepare VAT return figures with maker/checker approval.

Read-only assistant

Ask about your numbers. See where every answer comes from.

An optional, read-only assistant that answers questions about your own invoices, settlements and reports in plain language — every answer shows its sources and scope. It cannot create, change or export data. Enabled per organisation by an administrator.

  • Reads only your organisation's data
  • Cites the documents and reports behind each answer
  • Off until an administrator enables it
  • Never files, edits or approves anything

Read-onlyScope: sample organisation · Q2–Q3 2026

Question: Why is our output VAT for Q3 higher than for Q2?

Answer: Output VAT for July–September is OMR 4,812.350, up OMR 610.200 on April–June. Most of the increase comes from 38 tax invoices issued to two customers in August; two credit notes reduced the quarter by OMR 96.500.

Security and compliance

Security you can inspect, credentials you can verify

Access is role-based, sensitive fields are encrypted at rest, each organisation's data is isolated, and every significant action is written to an append-only audit trail.

Invoice And Tax is developed and operated by Elsayed Hamdi for Advanced Technology SPC, whose Information Security Management System is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for the scope stated in certificate 305026071423IS.

  • Multi-factor authentication for every user, mandatory for administrators
  • Sensitive fields encrypted at rest
  • Append-only audit events: who, what and when
Illustration: data protected in layers — secure connections, access by key and role, encrypted storage — beside separate, locked organisation spaces and an append-only chain of audit records.

Outcomes

What changes for your finance team

The day-to-day results the platform is built to deliver.

  1. One place for every document and its status

Sales, purchases, adjustments and settlements sit together, each with a status you can check.

  2. VAT figures you can trace to source documents

Return boxes come from the tax ledger built from the documents you issued and recorded.

  3. Corrections that never rewrite history

Credit notes, debit notes and reversing entries keep the original intact and the trail complete.

  4. Errors explained before anything is sent

Each failed rule says what is wrong and where, so documents are fixed before they leave.

  5. Clear responsibilities

Roles, branches and maker/checker approval match how your team divides the work.

  6. Arabic and English for everyone

Each person works in their own language, on the same records.
